Ingredients for Rajma Curry
- 1 cup Rajma/ Kidney beans (Soaked overnight)
- 1/2 tsp baking soda to pressure cook Rajma
- Oil for cooking
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1-2 green chilly slit
- 1-2 tbsp curd
- 2 tomatoes puree
- 1-2 Onions
- 2 tbsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tbsp cumin powder
- 1.5 tbsp Kashmiri chilli powder
- 1/2 tbsp Dried Kasuri methi
- 1/2 tbsp garam masala powder
- Coriander leaves for garneshing
- 1 tbsp Ghee/ clarified butter
- Salt to taste
